What does the free plan include?
The free plan includes the full design editor, templates, guest list import, one saved event, and three AI floor plan imports. You can build and preview a complete seating chart on the canvas.
What does Starter add?
Starter is a one-time purchase that adds twenty saved events, chart export, version history, share links, and ten AI floor plan imports.
What does Professional add?
Professional is a one-time purchase with fifty saved events, QR seat finder, three collaborators, fifty AI floor plan imports, and priority support, plus everything in Starter.
What is Event Manager?
Event Manager is a monthly or annual subscription for planners who run many events. It includes unlimited saved events, collaborators, sharing, QR, AI floor plan imports, and priority support.

How does AI floor plan import work?
Upload a screenshot or PDF of your venue layout. We detect tables and key elements, you review the result on canvas, then accept to apply it. A version snapshot is saved before the layout replaces your current canvas.
Can I import guests from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Import CSV with names and optional columns for groups, dietary notes, and comments. Guests appear in the guest panel ready to drag onto seats.
What export formats are available?
Paid plans can export seating charts as PDF or PNG in A3 or A4 sizes, guest lists as PDF, Excel, or CSV, and name tags for place cards.
